Registration enquiries

The registration interest form asks for your name, an email address or telephone number, whether you have a medical card or GP visit card, your current GP and an optional message. These details are sent to the practice’s administration email using Resend, an email delivery service. The website does not create a patient account or confirm your registration.

Please do not include medical history, symptoms or other sensitive medical details in the message. Contact the practice directly for advice on sharing medical information. Email links open your email application; messages you send are handled by your email provider and the practice’s email service.

Analytics and cookies

We do not use Google Analytics or analytics cookies on this website.

Hosting and external services

This website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver the website and submitted enquiries, such as network request information. The practice can answer questions about its provider arrangements and how long enquiry information is kept.

The directions link opens Google Maps. The embedded map is provided by Google Maps and may use cookies when it loads. Prescription links open Billink. These services receive information when you use them and operate under their own privacy notices. Do not enter prescription details into the general registration interest form.
